Voucher Hotspot¶
Voucher Hotspot adalah kode unik dengan masa aktif terbatas yang pelanggan bisa redeem untuk akses internet. Format umum: 8 digit alphanumeric (mis. A3K7BX9P).
Cocok untuk:
- ☕ Kafe, restoran, hotel — WiFi berbayar untuk customer
- 🏨 Penginapan / kos — voucher per kamar
- 🎉 Event temporer — WiFi sementara di acara
- 💼 B2B walk-in — kantor co-working, lounge bandara

Persyaratan¶
- ✅ Hotspot server di MikroTik sudah aktif — lihat Tambah Pelanggan Hotspot
- ✅ Profile hotspot dengan limit (bandwidth + session timeout) sudah dibuat
- ✅ Quota tersisa untuk voucher (cek paket Anda)

Bulk Generate Voucher¶
Langkah Generate¶
- Menu Voucher → Bulk Generate
- Isi form:
- Profile (pilih paket hotspot)
- Jumlah voucher (mis. 100)
- Format kode:
- Length (8 karakter, 10, dll)
- Type (Alphanumeric / Numeric only / Letters only)
- Prefix (opsional, mis.
AKB-untuk akbarnet)
- Comment (mis. "Batch Maret 2026")
- Klik Generate
- List voucher muncul → siap di-print atau export

Print / Export Voucher¶
Setelah generate, ada beberapa opsi:
1. Print Direct (Struk)¶
- Pilih voucher (range / semua)
- Klik Print
- Format struk: 1 voucher per slip dengan logo brand + instruksi connect
2. Export PDF (Cetak Massal)¶
- Export ke PDF — multi-voucher per halaman
- Format A4 (10-20 voucher per halaman)
- Cetak ke printer office
3. Export CSV (Untuk Distribusi Digital)¶
- Export ke CSV
- Kirim via email/WA ke pelanggan (untuk reseller)
4. QR Code (Modern)¶
- Tiap voucher digenerate QR code
- Pelanggan scan QR → auto-fill di captive portal
Voucher Activation¶
Voucher punya 2 tahap:
Tahap 1: Unused → Active¶
- Pelanggan input kode di captive portal
- Sistem set
activated_at = now(),expires_at = now() + durasi - Status:
unused → active - Internet langsung jalan
Tahap 2: Active → Expired¶
- Setelah
expires_atlewat: - Cron
voucher-expiryjalan (default tiap 5 menit) - Status:
active → expired - Sesi aktif diputus via PoD
- Voucher tidak bisa dipakai lagi
Voucher Reuse — Apakah Boleh?¶
Default behavior: Setelah voucher di-activate, tidak bisa dipakai lagi setelah expire. Voucher unique untuk 1 sesi.
Tapi default MikroTik hotspot bisa reuse voucher dalam masa aktif (login multiple device, atau logout-login). Untuk strict 1x activation:
- Set
shared-users = 1di profile (max 1 device pakai voucher bareng) - Set
mac-bindingdi profile (lock ke MAC pertama yang login) - Atau enable
disable-after-usedi TB Radius — voucher disabled setelah session ke-1 selesai
Reuse risk
Kalau voucher bisa di-reuse, pelanggan bisa share kode ke orang lain → revenue leak. Untuk hotspot komersial, strict 1x use lebih aman.
Pricing Strategy¶
Saran harga voucher berdasarkan durasi:

Sesuaikan dengan target market Anda (lokasi premium → harga lebih tinggi).
Best Practices¶
Generate sesuai demand
Jangan generate ribuan voucher sekaligus. Saran:
- Cafe/resto: generate 50-100 per hari
- Hotel: generate sesuai jumlah kamar × turnover
- Event: generate sesuai estimasi attendee × 1.5
Voucher unused yang stack-up = security risk (kalau bocor, semua bisa dipakai gratis).
Tag batch dengan comment
Tiap batch generate, kasih comment unique (mis. "Batch 2026-05-31 untuk Cafe A"). Berguna untuk:
- Track per lokasi (kalau Anda kelola multiple hotspot)
- Recall batch tertentu kalau ada kebocoran
- Reporting per periode
Print di kertas thermal kasir
Pakai printer thermal struk kasir (Epson TM-T82, dll) — print voucher di belakang struk pembelian. Effisien:
- Tidak butuh kertas tambahan
- Pelanggan langsung dapat voucher saat bayar pesanan
- Brand-able dengan logo
Jangan share kode tanpa kontrol
Voucher = uang. Jangan kasih kode tanpa di-print/struk resmi. Kalau staff share kode "verbal", risiko abuse tinggi (pelanggan tulis, share ke teman).
Cron voucher-expiry wajib jalan
Tanpa cron voucher-expiry, voucher yang seharusnya expired tetap aktif → pelanggan gratis selamanya. Cek Settings → Cron Log secara berkala.
Troubleshooting¶
Voucher di-generate tapi tidak bisa login
Cek:
- Profile di MikroTik exist? Profile name di TB Radius harus match dengan profile di MikroTik
- RADIUS sync sukses? Cek log
- Voucher status? Pastikan
unused(bukandisabled) - Format kode benar? Case-sensitive di MikroTik (huruf besar/kecil)
Voucher expired tapi pelanggan masih bisa konek
Penyebab:
- Cron
voucher-expirytidak jalan (cek Settings → Cron Log) - PoD gagal disconnect sesi aktif (cek log RADIUS)
- Profile MikroTik tidak set session-timeout
Generate timeout untuk bulk besar
Bulk > 1000 voucher kadang timeout. Solusi:
- Split jadi batch kecil (200-500 per generate)
- Atau pakai bulk dengan async mode (kalau tersedia)
Voucher hilang dari list
Voucher status expired lebih dari 90 hari di-archive otomatis (cleanup cron). Untuk akses, filter "Show archived only".
FAQ¶
Q: Berapa max voucher per tenant? A: Tergantung paket. Trial 50, Basic 500, Pro 5.000, Enterprise unlimited.
Q: Voucher bisa di-disable manual (tanpa expire)?
A: Bisa. Edit voucher → status: disabled. Tidak bisa di-redeem meskipun masih dalam masa aktif.
Q: Bisa generate voucher dengan harga jual? A: Bisa (track harga jual). Berguna untuk reporting revenue voucher. Tapi pricing hanya internal — tidak otomatis charge pelanggan. Pelanggan tetap bayar manual ke kasir atau via Voucher Store.
Q: Voucher Store vs Voucher Hotspot biasa? A:
- Voucher Hotspot biasa: Anda generate, print fisik, jual via kasir/walk-in
- Voucher Store: Toko online (subdomain) di mana pelanggan beli voucher dengan pembayaran online. Voucher auto-delivered
