Voucher Store adalah toko online untuk jual voucher hotspot. Pelanggan akses lewat link share, pilih paket, bayar online (QRIS/VA/e-wallet), voucher auto-delivered via WhatsApp/SMS. Tanpa kasir, 24/7.

Cocok untuk:

TB Radius support 2 mode hosting Voucher Store:

Mode 1: Subdomain Bersama `*.voucherwifi.id`¶

Toko Anda di subdomain otomatis: {slug}.voucherwifi.id (mis. akbarnet.voucherwifi.id)
DNS wildcard di-handle TB Radius (Anda tidak perlu setup DNS)
SSL otomatis (wildcard cert)
Cepat setup (1-2 menit)

Mode 2: Self-Host di Domain Sendiri¶

Toko Anda di domain pribadi (mis. wifi.akbarnet.id atau beli.akbarnet.com)
Anda yang setup DNS + SSL

Setup Voucher Store¶

Step 1: Aktifkan di TB Radius¶

Menu Voucher → Voucher Store → Setup
Toggle Active
Pilih mode:
Subdomain bersama — input slug (mis. akbarnet → akbarnet.voucherwifi.id)
Self-host — input domain custom (mis. wifi.akbarnet.id)
Upload logo & banner toko
Pilih warna brand
Save

Step 2: Buat Paket Jual¶

Tiap paket di Voucher Store butuh:

Nama (mis. "WiFi 1 Jam", "WiFi 1 Hari")
Profile hotspot (link ke profile MikroTik)
Durasi (1 jam, 1 hari, 7 hari, dll)
Harga (mis. Rp 5.000)
Deskripsi (mis. "5 Mbps, full speed, ideal untuk browsing")
Stock (auto-generate sesuai demand, atau set limit)

Buat 3-5 paket dengan tier berbeda — pelanggan punya pilihan.

Step 3: Test Beli Sendiri¶

Wajib test sebelum public:

Buka link toko Anda dari device pelanggan (HP)
Pilih paket
Bayar dengan nominal kecil
Cek apakah voucher masuk via WA
Coba connect WiFi pakai voucher itu
Verify masuk internet sesuai durasi

Pasarkan link toko Anda:

Best Practices¶

Pricing yang masuk akal

Harga voucher store harus competitive dengan kompetitor:

Pelanggan bisa dengan mudah bandingkan dengan paket data HP (Telkomsel, XL, dll)
Kalau harga voucher Anda > paket data HP, pelanggan tidak akan beli

Saran: untuk 1 jam, harga voucher = 50-70% harga paket data 1 GB. Untuk 1 hari, kurang dari setengah harga harian paket bulanan HP.

Bundling paket

Tawarkan paket dengan diskon bertahap:

1 jam: Rp 5.000
6 jam: Rp 20.000 (~Rp 3.333/jam, diskon 33%)
24 jam: Rp 50.000 (~Rp 2.083/jam, diskon 58%)
7 hari: Rp 200.000 (~Rp 1.190/jam, diskon 76%)

Conversion ke paket besar = revenue per pelanggan naik.

QR code di setiap meja

Pasang QR code link toko di setiap meja kafe/restoran:

Pelanggan scan → langsung buka toko
Tidak perlu tanya kasir
Self-service = scale tanpa staff tambahan

Voucher delivery via WA — pastikan reliable

Kalau WA gateway down, pelanggan bayar tapi voucher tidak terkirim → komplain. Mitigasi:

Voucher juga tampil di halaman sukses (pelanggan bisa save screenshot)
Setup fallback SMS kalau WA gagal kirim
Provide link "kirim ulang" kalau pelanggan tidak terima WA

Fraud — duplicate purchase

Pelanggan refresh halaman bayar berkali-kali → multiple charge. Mitigasi:

Idempotency check di payment flow (built-in TB Radius)
Disable tombol "Bayar" setelah klik (prevent double-click)
Show clear "Pembayaran sedang diproses..." state

Troubleshooting¶

Pelanggan bayar tapi voucher tidak masuk WA

Cek:

WA gateway aktif? Test send dari Settings
Saldo gateway cukup?
Nomor HP pelanggan valid? Format internasional?
Voucher ter-generate? Cek di Menu Voucher dengan filter berdasarkan nomor pelanggan
Resend voucher: dari dashboard, klik "Resend" pada order tersebut

Pembayaran sukses, voucher tidak ter-generate

Penyebab umum:

Profile hotspot di MikroTik tidak ada — buat profile dulu
RADIUS sync error — cek log
Stock voucher habis (kalau set limit) — generate stock baru
Webhook PG miss — cek log webhook

Pelanggan tidak bisa redeem voucher di hotspot

Voucher status unused? (kalau already active, mungkin sudah dipakai)
Format kode benar (case-sensitive)?
Profile di MikroTik match?

Subdomain *.voucherwifi.id tidak resolve

Issue dari TB Radius — bukan domain Anda. Hubungi support.

Self-host: SSL error setelah setup

Self-host butuh Anda setup SSL sendiri (Let's Encrypt atau Cloudflare flexible SSL). Cek dokumentasi starter package.

FAQ¶

Q: Berapa fee TB Radius untuk Voucher Store? A: Tidak ada fee tambahan dari TB Radius. Anda hanya bayar:

Subscription TB Radius (paket bulanan/tahunan)
Fee payment gateway (~0.7-2% per transaksi)
Fee WhatsApp gateway (~Rp 100-300/pesan untuk delivery voucher)

Q: Pelanggan bisa beli berkali-kali tanpa daftar? A: Bisa. Voucher Store tidak butuh registrasi — pelanggan input nomor HP saja tiap kali beli. Streamlined untuk casual/walk-in user.

Q: Bisa kasih voucher gratis (promo)? A: Bisa. Buat voucher manual via Voucher → Generate dengan status unused, share kode ke pelanggan. Bypass Voucher Store flow.

Q: Statistik penjualan voucher? A: Dashboard punya report:

Total voucher terjual per periode
Revenue per paket
Conversion rate (visitor → buyer)
Method bayar terfavorit

Q: Multi-language? A: Default Indonesia. Bisa custom translation di Settings → Voucher Store → Language. English support default, language lain manual translate.
